1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, downloading, or using Wilyey ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the service immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS

To participate in games, complete quests, and claim rewards on Wilyey, you must adhere to the following account conditions:

You must be at least 13 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
Each user is allowed only one registered account. Creating duplicate or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. FAIR PLAY & LEADERBOARD RULES

Wilyey thrives on fair competition. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using automated scripts (bots), or manipulating network traffic to artificially increase scores or points will result in immediate penalties:

Immediate forfeiture of current weekly leaderboard standings and accumulated points.
Permanent termination of your account without notice.
Ban of your device hardware ID from accessing the platform.

4. POINTS & REWARDS SYSTEM

Points earned on Wilyey are digital tokens representing engagement and skill within the platform:

Points hold no real-world monetary value outside of eligible reward conversions.
Points and rewards cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold between accounts.
Wilyey reserves the right to adjust point balancing, quest values, and reward inventories at any time.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All assets, including graphics, code, logos, sounds, branding, and original mini-games are the sole intellectual property of Wilyey. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wilyey provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for system downtime, internet lag, or data loss that may temporarily affect live leaderboard ranks or quest progress.
